A peaceful location that is walking distance to shops, restaurants, marinas, live music, shopping and watersports. This three bedroom townhome features an updated kitchen with granite countertops and breakfast bar. The open dining room and living room has cathedral ceilings, soft and cheerful décor, wood floors and seating for nine. The spacious living room features a flat screen television, two comfortable couches and sliding glass doors to the lanai with water views. The large lanai has a table with seating for four, views of the dock and the bay, views of the pool and a stairway leading to the tropical grounds. The first guestroom on the main level has a queen bedroom flat screen television. The main floor bathroom is shared by this guest bedroom.
