The home comes equipped with a fully updated kitchen, 2 updated bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds and linens, a HEATED POOL, game room w/ pool table, foosball table, tv with fire place, fishing poles, (Fish off the dock), tvs with streaming devices and more!!!

This house is fully renovated inside & out (2023) !! It is in the most centric and desirable place of Cape Coral !! Walking distance from amazing restaurants like Ariani, Twisted Lobster, First Round draft which is waterfront and one of the best taco spots “Tacos San Miguel. That is just a few restaurants out of many more all walking distance. Also walking distance is TJMaxx, Planet Fitness, Enterprise, Ross, Publix, Walmart, Staples, and more!! For a welcome package a wine bottle & cheese board is included for your stay apart from all the other great amenities!! You also get a 1 wine bottle per night for how ever many nights you have booked !! (21+ only for alcohol consumption). A 2023 TESLA MODEL 3 & 2017 SCOUT BOAT 251XS is available for additional price (contact me for more information). Or BRING YOUR OWN BOAT !!Bost lift available with dock. This is a GULF ACCESS. Beaches near by are Fort Myers Beach & Sanibel. 20-30 minute drive or just rent our boat to go (more fun by water) !!!
