Sanibel Siesta on the Beach, Unit 606. Enjoy the beauty of Sanibel Island in our comfortable, highly sought after, and a beautifully decorated residence directly on the beach. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the Gulf from the lanai where you can enjoy breakfast or a drink, lose yourself in an engrossing book, or simply relax and enjoy the sites and sounds of the beach and sky. Walk out your door and whether you choose the stairs or the elevator it will take you only 2 minutes to get to our beautiful white sandy beach. Set up your beach chairs and umbrella and enjoy the Sanibel sun and waves. A short walk in the other direction will lead you to our beautiful pool surrounded by palms, gardens, and shuffleboard.
Unit 606 has everything you will need for a memorable Sanibel vacation! Our unit has been recently updated with new living room furniture, island artwork and colorful bedding. The master bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of drawer space, new night stands, and opens to the lanai with its Gulf view. The comfortable guest bedroom, perfect for a family, has twin beds and its own Gulf view. If you are looking for room to sleep six, our comfortable sleep sofa is perfect for you. There are 2 full bathrooms, 1 of which is a walk-in shower.
Everything is provided to ensure that your stay is comfortable and memorable and includes: central air, satellite TV in each room, internet access/WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen. The garage is located just beneath our unit. Tennis courts are on the property and there is an18-hole golf course directly across the street. On arrival, your unit is supplied with a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee.
Each condominium is provided with beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Linens and towels may be exchanged at the office on Tuesday if you are staying 7 or more nights. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office. We are conveniently located within a short drive of shops and restaurants. Our unit is non-smoking. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $35 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1-time extra linen charge of $30.00 will apply. Maximum occupancy is 6 including children and infants. NO PETS.
