The newly renovated villa with pool not only impresses with its perfect location in the southwest of Cape Coral, but also with its south-facing orientation and magnificent view of the water. Both from the pool area and from the living room through the large patio door.
Thanks to its good location, the house is also perfect for boat lovers, who can reach the open water from the villa in just a few minutes.
Upon entering Seaside Villa Waterview, you first enter the cozy yet modern living room with a 70” Smart TV with sports channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus. Musical entertainment is provided by a Sonos Move. Connect your cell phone and enjoy your music.
