THE PLACE IS CLEANED and SANITIZED WEEKLY by an excellent cleaning crew! If you require days in between other renters, we can accommodate. (The condo is also for sale! See details / link below.) We are here to share our wonderful condo with you. Located on the Bayside beach, which is more secluded with much MORE TO LOOK AT on this side. Not to say the gulf side is bad, but all you see is water.
If you decide to book for only one week Saturday to Saturday, please follow the condo rules: check OUT is 11am on Saturday; no exceptions. Check in on Saturday could be earlier if it's clean, but guesstimate is 2pm.

Beautiful furnished 3 bedroom(sliding den), 2 bath condo with San Carlos Bay view. Located at the western tip of Sanibel with access to both bay and gulf. 1st floor condo with walkout patio and screened porch just steps from the Bay. Gulf beaches a short walk across the street. Sleeps 6 (1 king/2 twins/large pull out couch ). Fishing pier is 2 two football fields away. Sometimes you see some great hubbub of a commotion going on because somebody is wheeling in a huge tarpon. Great live action.
Resort amenities include heated pool, whirlpool, bicycles, beach towels & chairs, tennis courts, horseshoes, shuffleboard, basketball, WiFi, BBQ gas grills, fully equipped kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer.

For sale by owners, my parents. One week or all five weeks. Negotiation is accepted, but understand this is the hottest condo on the island. On top of that, there is nothing like being an owner during a lockdown and being able to stay on the island as an owner. It was wonderful for me during this past Pandemic. The first floor condo, the people, and the island are a hidden gem.
We have been owners of this wonderful family oriented condo since 1978. Parents are sad to let it go, but they will no longer be able to go do to age. Greatest group of people have been coming to Sanibel for years. Excellent location. So easy. So secluded, essentially we have a private bay beach that is a gem. (see video) The bay provides so much to look and watch. The gulf side is across the street, beautiful but it's just water. ;)

We are the owners of a lovely condo located just to the left of the causeway and before the iconic lighthouse . We are looking for respectful people, who would like to share one of the best hidden secrets in the country: Sanibel Island and our condo located near the Lighthouse. (those who know Sanibel, understand how beneficial it is to be located on the left. We are seconds down the road from the Causeway from Fort Myers. )
Our condo is located on the ground floor, 40 + - feet from the pool and spa and BBQ. We have a nice enclosed patio (good if it's windy) and secluded back area. The bay is perfectly 20 yards away. Tennis courts available. Condo bikes available. Condo has a spacious family and dinning room off of the kitchen. Each Saturday the unit is cleaned.
Free WiFi. 2 baths. Laundry. AC. Parking spot. A master bedroom with king bed. One bedroom with two singles. Another den with pull out couch queen. A outdoor patio. Will fit 6 perfectly.
Besides following standard condo rules and guidelines, we, as the owners, want to alert everyone that you will be required to provide your drivers license. This is state law. A standard VRBO deposit is required, $99 insurance fee. And we also require an additional $800 deposit. We are responsible and reasonable, but the fee protects the owners, condo, and assures a safe transaction on our unit.
