You'll be enjoying a 3br/2ba house with a Master Suite, a second bedroom and an additional "everything" room for working, extra sleeping space, gaming or just chilling. Second bedroom is smaller but adequate, has a queen size bed, a closet, and a bathroom outside of the bedroom.
Guests will be able to access the whole downstairs portion of the house except one closet and garage door will be locked. The second floor houses a separate, fully independently functional apartment with own entry, AC, alarm and deck that occasionally may be occupied by the owner of the house, a family member or a temporary tenant.
