You'll enjoy a spacious master bedroom and cozy ensuite bathroom, kitchen, living and dining area, deck and another bedroom outside bath. Second floor houses a separate, fully independently functional apartment with own entry, AC, alarm and deck that occasionally may have occupied by the owner of the house, a family member or a temporary tenant. You will essentially be alone in the bottom of the house and having back yard to yourself, but there will be a locked door between two parts of the house. Guests will be able to access the whole downstairs portion of the house except one bedroom, one closet and garage door will be locked. Guests will use master bedroom, master bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, hallways, second bedroom and second bathroom in the house. Deck and backyard. Driveway. Guests will access the house with a passcode for a digital lock. Co-host will be available by the phone for any questions and help. Sylvan Heights is part of a trio of neighborhoods with Sylvan Park and Nations and offers a numerous coffee shops, bars and restaurants and many of these are walkable from the house, within 5-20 minutes. The house is on top of the hill thus it will require some effort when coming back if you decide to walk. Electrical bicycles are available 3 blocks away. Our recommendation for coffee shops are 8th&Roast, Headquarters, L&L market, Dose and breakfast joints such as Broken Egg, Big Bad Breakfast, Star Bagel, Frothy Monkey and Hero Doughnut shops. As for the restaurants there is a specialty cheese store Grey’s Fine cheese, Five points pizza, Punk Wok, Radish, Park Cafe, The Answer, Edley’s BBQ, Hathorne, Miel, Bricktops, and many many others. As for the bars you have a plethora of choices such as a local favorite Otto’s bar, Lola bar, Neighbor’s, Fat Bottom Brewery, Double dogs, Taproom at 51st, and some dive bars in the Nations area. All other Nashville attractions and night life are a quick U er away to downtown, Germantown, Gulch or 12th south. Walk, Uber, Car or Bus on Charlotte Ave that takes you to downtown.
