This condo has all of the extras, a well equiped kitchen, high speed internet, printer, 3 TVs -Xfinity 250 channels, tennis rackets, coolers and fishing equip. Optional 30 ft slip- 2 minutes from river.
This second level condo has plenty of natural light with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. Tastefully decorated, with granite countertops in kitchens and bathrooms. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with plenty of extra appliances, toaster oven, indoor grill, electric frying pan, crockpot. tea and coffee makers. Updated cabinetry with soft closing hinges and soft lighting and storage galore. The three bedrooms have plenty of storage. Master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a walk in closet, double vanity and in room closet. This room also walks out directly thru sliding patio doors onto front lanai. All Linens and bathroom towels ( 8 sets per bathroom ) 8 beach towels and kitchen towels are included .The living room is very comfortable with reclining couch and loveseat. The loft has a pull out couch and desk with printer for your work needs. In combination with the three bedrooms and the loft this property easily sleeps 8. Both lanias have wicker furniture and are beautifully decorated with views of Inland lake and fountains. We have thought of everything for your stay. Extras include tennis rackets, fishing poles and tackle, pool floats, coolers, beach towels and a folding cart to pull it all in.
Admiralty Yacht & Racquet Club is immaculately maintained. You will find beautifully landscaped areas with walking bridges, heated pools, tennis courts, fishing piers and a beautifully maintained marina. Each guest has one covered parking spot and open parking is available.
One dog is allowed 40 lb or under and there is a $300 a month non-refundable fee.
