The rest of the complex is undergoing concrete repairs, with completion expected by December 2025. During this period, some amenities—including the heated swimming pool, tennis courts, and BBQ areas—will remain temporarily closed. But here's the good news: you’ll still enjoy direct private beachfront access and the fully equipped, brand-new fitness center, ready for your daily workouts.
And by December 2025, even more amenities will be available—including the heated swimming pool and refreshed common areas—making SHELLebrations an even better place to return to again and again.
