A major plus point: Our home is conveniently located less than a mile away from the Cape Coral Parkway bridge in Fort Myers, hence there are no tolls, and downtown Cape Coral is a quick 5-min drive away.
Parking is available on the left side ramp, being unit 913`s designated area. You`ll find the front door welcoming you on the left side of the home.

✔Guest Verification

✔Air Conditioning
Keep thermostat between 72–78°F. Lower settings can cause damage; repairs may cost up to $4,000 and will be billed to the guest.

No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use inside.
Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $500 fee plus any related damages.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only; dispose of waste properly.
✔Pets
A maximum of two pets is allowed at the place.

Owners are responsible for additional costs for cleaning or damages incurred by pets at our property or furniture.
