Also 1 futon, 9 couches, and lots of floor space. There are 9 foldable 3"-4" thick sleeping pads for floor sleeping. Easy access to Fish Haven Canyon & Bear Lake for outdoor adventures! Plenty of room to host large gatherings with large kitchen & dining seating 40+ people. Private, indoor heated pool (12.5'x14'x3') set at 85 degrees. A large landscaped yard/playground/patio for outdoor entertainment! High speed WiFi.
