The lanai leads into a patio with propane & charcoal grills. The entryway opens up to a gorgeous living, with an oversized flat screen smart TV and cozy & comfortable seating. The fully stocked kitchen is well upgraded with features such as a built-in touchscreen in the large side-by-side refrigerator. This area is perfect for hosting family and friends, the kitchen offering a direct view to the living TV and seating. A nook off of the kitchen offers the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or a book. The split floor plan, games, stroller, high chair and pack-n-play make the home extremely family friendly!
