Two master suites, one on the first floor with a balcony and a fantastic view over the lake and the second large suite is on the ground floor with an oversized bathroom and TV in the bedroom and bathroom. There is a large sun terrace with deckchairs and a boat dock and lift - in the outside area there is a large table and 8 chairs and a nice outside kitchen. A boat can also be rented. You can go from the house to the beautiful beaches of Sanibel Island and Captiva by boat.
The house is fully furnished with a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have their own bathrooms. Beach towels and beach chairs, parasols, cool boxes etc. everything is available - as well as a fishing rod.
