For some adventure there are rental boats, jet skis, parasailing and kayaks rentals within walking distance. There is a CVS and a 7-11 (with gas station) two blocks away, and a large grocery store just two miles away.
Nearly all of the common area post-hurricane restoration work has been completed at the EBTC grounds. However, a few repairs are still in progress. The devastation from Hurricane Ian can still be seen throughout Fort Myers Beach, and it will take years for everything to fully recover. But the community remains vibrant and is well on its way!
