The 3BD/2BA home features plenty of space to gather and relax. With an excellent selection of local bars and eateries nearby, it’s the perfect space for large groups. And, with the property located 7 miles from Nashville’s top sites, it provides the best of what our town has to offer.
This home has plenty to offer in this spacious and stylish 3BD/2BA home. Whether it’s for a family vacation, business retreats, or even creative pursuits, such as songwriting sessions or sebatacles, our home provides a wealth of opportunities during your stay. From the spacious floor-plan on the first level, to the bonus rec room and outside deck, there is ample room to either hangout as a group or to allow everyone their own space during their stay. Everything you’d expect to have in a home is at your disposal, including a fully-stocked kitchen, full laundry, and an outdoor deck with plenty of seating.
OUTSIDE:In the backyard, there is an open-air, multi-level patio that can comfortably accommodate your entire party. It’s a perfect area to relax, when you’re not exploring the town on vacation or dealing with one convention event after the other. At night, you can turn on the firepit (propane not provided) and end the day with a nice glass of wine and good conversation with your friends and family.
THE KITCHEN:Our kitchen is stocked to the gills with everything you can possibly need for meal-prep, aside from the food. Ample counter-space abound, it’s a great area to start and end each day, cooking meals and catching up with your friends and family. We can arrange to have groceries and other supplies for you ahead of your arrival, or help obtain anything during your stay, for an additional fee. DINING ROOM:Conveniently placed next to the kitchen, the dining table seats 6 comfortably for any meal or game night you might have during your stay. For larger groups, there is extra seating outside on the deck.

LIVING AREA: When you enter the home, you’ll notice the living space is perfectly designed to be the heart of the home during your stay. There’s plenty of comfortable seating on the couches and chairs, while you and your group catch up on news, movies, or whatever you’d like on the TV.
REC ROOM: Challenge your friends to a game of foosball or darts in this sports haven. It’s a great place to hangout and keep things exciting during your stay.

PARKING: There is parking onsite for the guests up to two vehicles.
