Cape Harbour is a wonderful destination as there are many amenities right in the complex including restaurants, shops, pools, tennis courts, fitness center, places for walking or jogging in a very upscale area of Cape Coral. This location is a conveninent drive to go to Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Ft. Myers Baseball complexes, Tangiers Shopping Mall and is only a 35 minute drive from the Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW). The view from the condo is spectacular as it is an end unit and overlooks the Harbor and Southwest Cape Coral and also the Calhousahacchee River, Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. You can watch the Yachts go out from the Marina, listen to the music at the Joint, sun by the pool or just enjoy the sun on the screened lanai. The beds have pillow tops and you will melt into them at the end of the day. There is a King bed in the master bedroom and a Queen in the second bedroom. Each of the bedrooms and the living room have patio doors that go out to the lanai. There is a dining table and four chairs out on the lanai and you can enjoy the sunset and cocktails right from that spot. The kitchen is fully stocked including cookbooks if you chose to do your own cooking. There is a Publix grocery store right on your way to the condo and is only about 1-1/2 miles away.
