Enjoy the main floor of this split-level rambler located on a quiet cul de sac. With a large, fenced-in yard and ample on-street parking; an open floor plan with light and hard wood floors. Incredibly walkable to most of the grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants and public transportation. You are moments away from I-5 and beautiful downtown Edmonds in this charming neighborhood.
It s a split level home with main level completely available for guest access with private entrance through keypad lock (self checkin).

- Side yard ( accessible from outside door next to the garage) - is totally private for guest access.
- Street parking is available out front. Garage or driveway is usually occupied. guest can use the driveway to park if communicated specifically.
Interaction with guests

Downtown Edmonds , beautiful Puget Sound beach and the Edmonds ferry (20 minute ferry ride over to Kingston), the Amtrak train station to take you to Seattle (a beautiful experience) - all that with in 5 - 15 min of drive. you can also easily get Uber and Lyft around the neighborhood. A metro transit bus stop within a 2 min walk from the house, which provides easy commute to Edmonds downtown , Seattle , Bellevue.
