Located on Bay Beach Lane at the quiet, residential southern end of the island, Waterside is a short walk to your private beach access on 7 miles of the white sand and blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Enter the doorway of this spacious, 1,650 square foot vacation home and step into comfortable elegance. You are immediately struck by gorgeous view from the huge picture window and expansive glass doors - a panoramic view of the Gulf. The entire home is styled in an eclectic mix to suit the Florida lifestyle. The living room features comfortable couches and chairs. There's a large TV so you can watch your favorite show or a movie. There's also free Internet throughout the condo - the perfect way to research the activities and destinations you want to visit while you're here, email your family and friends, or make dinner reservations at one of our popular restaurants on the water.
Through the sliding glass doors awaits your glimpse of paradise - a huge screened in lanai with breathtaking views of the Bay, Gulf and Island - a place where you will no doubt spend many relaxing hours dining or reading a book while you take in the sea air. The beautifully designed, eat in kitchen has all the bells and whistles. Modern appliances compliment the custom cabinetry and granite countertops to make meal prep a pleasure. The breakfast bar is the place to serve up a snack or chat with friends while you cook. The glass top kitchen table sits in an alcove surrounded by windows and bathed in sunlight. A true Master Retreat, the room includes a sitting area, a huge, custom designed, walk in closet and an en suite bath that is truly delightful. The Master Bath has double sinks with an expansive vanity, a soaking tub and separate shower. The Guest Bedroom is beautifully decorated and features a Queen sized bed and its own TV. Directly next door is the Guest Bath with a large walk in shower. Off the Living Room, you will go through French Doors to reach the Den that houses a Queen sized sleeper sofa and TV. The 3rd Bath complete with a shower supports those extra guests. Absolutely No Smoking and No Pets Allowed.
Waterside offers the best in amenities - you'll enjoy a large heated resort sized pool with pool house and spa that sit right on the Bay, walking trails along the Bay, private fishing dock on the Bay, private beach access, tennis courts, beautifully manicured grounds, a guarded gated entrance, a secured lobby with building elevators, and ample on site parking. As special as the Waterside complex is, you'll want to venture out by car or beach trolley and explore the Fort Myers Beach area - Lovers Key State Park where you can hike along the wetland trails, bike among the mangroves and canoe and kayak along estuaries, Bowditch Point Park with its lively beach at the north end where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf, the Great Blue Waterway, Times Square with its outdoor eateries, bars and nightlife, and the many island restaurants on the Beach and Bay side. The south bridge offers easy access off island to Bonita Springs and Naples.
