Of the three Waters Edge units in the portfolio, 110S has the most direct Gulf-front orientation. The complex has an elevator, secured lobby, heated pool at the Gulf side, and a tennis court on-site.
Two bedrooms sleep five. The primary suite has a king bed. The guest bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed — a practical configuration for two guests or a parent and child. Two full bathrooms. Flat-screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. High-speed WiFi included.
