Located in South Gulf Cove, a relaxed waterfront community just minutes to Boca Grande Beaches and close to the white sandy beaches of Manasota Key. Also convenient to the areas 15 public golf courses.
Large family home, with 2098 square foot living area under air and over 3000 including the lanai, high ceilings throughout with large master suite with private bath and offers a split floor plan for the guest bedrooms and other full guest bathroom separated by a sliding pocket door for privacy. Great views from the main living space with Oversized 10' tall sliding glass doors leading to the oversized lanai.
The pool area overlooks a 250' wide canal which attracts many of Florida's wildlife including birds, many types of fish, wild pig and even alligators. The back is very private and the homes across the canal are over 300' away offering more privacy than most other homes in the area.
You are welcome to use your fishing equipment, but, please practice catch and release. The canals lead to the Interceptor Waterway that runs the entire length of the community. The water is brackish and home to many species of fish including redfish, snook, trout, ladyfish, sheepshead, snapper as well as some decent sized tarpon and large mouth bass. Blue crabs are very big and abundant here as well.
After a full day of fishing, sunbathing and/or touring the area relax on the comfortable furnishings of the living room while kids watch movies or play games in the living room.
