Located on the South end of Fort Myers Beach 8305 Estero is a spacious, fully furnished, three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with a screened-in heated pool and boat dock. **THERE IS NO LIFT**

The master bedroom has a private bathroom and king-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is plenty of areas to entertain and get comfortable with your family in this Florida-style island home.

This tastefully decorated retreat is within walking distance of the beautiful white sandy beach. However, if you don't feel like walking launch your kayak, canoe, jet ski, and/or boat from your backyard and reach that same beach, or explore a myriad of creeks and hidden bays on the Great Calusa Blueway just behind the house. Experience dolphins playing beside your boat as you head out to the Gulf of Mexico from your direct canal access beach home.

This Beach House is near shopping, restaurants, attractions, island clubs, and Lovers Key State Park. Other amenities in the area; Olympic Pool, Water Slide Park, Golf, Tennis, Ball Fields, Library, Dine-In Movie Theater, Town Square, Pier, Fishing, Boat Rentals, Scooter Rentals, Casino Boats, Key West HI-Speed Ferry, Jet Ski, Kayaking, and Parasailing. Southwest Florida International (RSW) Airport is an easy 20 mins drive, and 25 mins to downtown Naples or Fort Myers. Come Rent weekly or monthly your â€œpeaceâ€? of Paradise.
