Bring a boat and venture out on the river or the Gulf beyond, then end the day with ease as you tie up to your own private dock. Head out to explore the culture and cuisine of downtown Cape Coral or hit the sand at Fort Myers Beach.
Unwind into vacation mode on comfortable furnishings in the living area. Gather to stream favorite shows on the smart TV. The guest living area is furnished with additional seating and a TV. This two-story, two-unit villa sleeps 14 guests total in seven bedrooms, each with a smart TV. THINGS TO KNOW
The dock can accept a boat up to 22’ in length. The boat lift is not available for guest use. If navigating to the Gulf, there is one bridge to pass under, with a clearance of approximately 12’.
An additional, nightly utility fee of $22 is required for all reservations.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
