Awnings encompass the porch where you can spend pleasant mornings drinking coffee and lovely evenings playing cards, talking and having a cool beverage with friends. You can entertain 6 comfortably for dinner.
This property is located 1 block from the 22nd street beach and 2 blocks from Uncle Bill’s Pancake House, Naughty Donuts, Aunt Betty’s Ice Cream Parlor and Blitz’s family market (Some great sandwiches!). The boardwalk ends at 23rd Street, the quiet end of the boards. We are situated between the nicest beaches on the island - the 22nd Street beach which has a lifeguard and the big 23rd Street beach.
