Please look for signs to ensure you are parked legally and avoid blocking driveways. You will need a parking permit on Little Rock Ave. We provide 1 resident parking permit for use during your stay to place on the dashboard of your car. YOU MUST RETURN THE PERMIT TO THE UNIT BEFORE CHECK-OUT. THERE IS A $100 FEE FOR MISSING PERMITS.
THERE IS NO PARKING ON OUR BLOCK TUESDAYS BETWEEN 7AM - 9AM FOR STREET CLEANING.
