Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: lock box was VERY DIFFICULT to use. Took TWO different people over 15 minutes to access the key. Needs to replace lock box with newer model, (typed in correct code, but the slide which pulled the locking pin back was barely functional,)

Negative: Tried to book another night. Advertises at $89 on website. ALL fees were already paid, including cleaning, booking etc. BUT Booking expected an additional $180 to simply add one night, AND the rental agency itself also wanted $90 for renting the same room on the same night. A small fee to change the booking seems reasonable but nearly $ for each agency. We finally gave up and cancelled the extra night.

Summary: Great location, comfy, nice setup with view of beach. but several booking problems
