Set at the top of a wooded hill with no visible neighbors, the home offers year-round privacy, treetop views and space for families and friends to relax, reconnect and enjoy Southern Vermont.
The west-facing wraparound terrace overlooks the trees and offers direct sunset views throughout the year. Settle into the Adirondack chairs, gather around the firepit on clear evenings or enjoy stargazing in the quiet wooded setting.
The open-sided outdoor gazebo features a private six-person hot tub, large flat-screen TV and ambient lighting for nighttime soaks under the stars. A gas BBQ grill with propane is also available for guest use.
Inside, the main level includes a comfortable living room with a gas fireplace, multiple Smart TVs, dining space for eight and a full kitchen equipped with a range, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, glassware, dishes and serving pieces.
