Inside, you’ll find a warm and inviting cabin filled with natural light, local antiques, and custom lighting that creates a true Up North feel. After a day climbing the dunes or touring wineries, gather around the crackling wood-burning stove and let the glow of the fire set the tone for a relaxing evening. Large windows invite in forest views and fresh breezes, bringing the outdoors in year-round.
The unique layout features two fully open loft sleeping areas at opposite ends of the cabin, connected by a charming center catwalk. (Please note: the loft spaces have no doors and are best suited for families or groups comfortable sharing space.) The cabin comfortably sleeps 4–5 guests with one king bed, one full bed, and one twin bed.
Step outside and enjoy your own private fire pit under the stars—perfect for s’mores, storytelling, and unwinding after a day at the beach. The covered porch offers a peaceful place to sip your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine after visiting the nearby winery just down the road.

Your safety is a main concern. A MAXIMUM OF 5 GUESTS, 5 MAXIMUM INCLUDING INFANTS/TODDLERS.
- Please do not wear shoes inside the home.
- No parties or events, an extra $500 cleaning fee will be applied if a party is thrown.
Check-in is at 3PM or after and check-out is at 11:00AM. Guest agrees that failure to vacate the premises within the specified timeframe or at the end of the Guest’s scheduled stay shall be deemed trespassing, and Owner shall be afforded all protections, rights, and remedies available at law or in equity to any property owner against a trespasser. In addition, Guest shall incur a fee of $150 per hour for each hour Guest remains on the premises. The hourly fee shall accrue without limitation, be invoiced daily, and become immediately due and payable upon receipt of the invoice.
- Please observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am out of respect for neighbors.
- There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the cabins. If you smoke outside, please pick up the butts and dispose of safely.
- There are security cameras present on the exterior for security and guest safety. Do not move or tamper with them.
- The base cleaning fee covers basic cleaning. Additional fees may apply if anything is damaged by more than “normal wear and tear” by dirt, spills, bodily fluids, etc. for using extra cleaning methods.
- For your convenience, we have left detergent for both the dishwasher and washing machine. Please take all bags of trash out to the outside trash bin.
- If anything is broken or damaged or simply isn't working properly, please report it to us ASAP.
- It is always recommended that you get travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
- Please only flush toilet paper. Feminine Hygiene products, paper towels, q-tips, baby wipes, flushable wipes, cotton balls etc. need to be disposed of in the wastebasket.
- No video productions without written consent from property owner.
- Pets are allowed in all cabins: Please bring something as a sofa cover to prevent pet hair build-up. Dogs must be leashed, cleaned up after, and crated when you are not present. Please don’t bring your pet if you’re not sure they will be well behaved and not destructive. We are dog friendly if your dog is friendly and quiet.
- Cancellation Policy: We are a small resort so cancellations affect us significantly. If you find it necessary to change or cancel your reservation, we require a minimum of 1 week. If you have reserved multiple cabins, we require 30 days notice prior to arrival. Cancellations made after that date will result in a charge of 100% of one night stay per cabin.
- We do our best to keep the indoors and immediate surroundings free from pests and nuisance. However, nature is mostly beyond our control. There might be poison ivy, ticks, bugs, bees and other woodsy things you find in the great outdoors. Red Arrow Cabins cannot be held liable for whims of Mother Nature.
- The Guest and all persons listed under them on this Agreement understand that their rental of this property is at their sole risk and hereby agree to indemnify, completely and fully release and hold harmless the Owners, Property Management, their agents and employees, and the property, against any and all claims of personal injury, including death, or property damage, or loss, including but not limited to all attorney’s fees incurred, arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, death or loss, regardless of what causes such injuries, or damage, including those of any third persons. In the event Owner files suit to enforce its rights under this Agreement, Guest will be responsible for paying any attorney fees incurred by Owners in connection therewith.
- Except as stated herein, the Guests are renting the premises in its As-Is condition upon check-in date and agrees to take good care of said premises. This care includes not making any alterations, additions, repairs or improvements and/or any removal of the Owner’s personal property from the premises without the approval of the Owner/Agent. While all electrical and mechanical equipment within the Property are in good working order, Owner cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of electrical service, stopped plumbing, water supply, heating, air conditioning, audio visual equipment, internet access, or appliances. Guest agrees to report any inoperative equipment or other maintenance problem to Owner immediately. Owner will make reasonable efforts to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. Guest will allow Owner or a person permitted by Owner access to the Property for purposes of repair, maintenance, and inspection. Owner is not responsible for any inconvenience that may occur and no refunds/rent reductions will be made due to failure of such items.
By electronically agreeing to this lease, the Renter has read, fully understands, and agreed to all the terms and conditions included in this agreement. Renter is aware that this is a release of liability and a legal contract and signs it (or electronically agrees to) of Renter’s own free will.
