The downstairs is an open floor plan streamlines the living area, kitchen, and dining room. There is plenty of seating in the large living room with its large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. The beautiful, high-end kitchen is suited for all levels of chefs. It is stocked with everything you will need for light lunch or to prepare your catch of the day! There is an eat-in kitchen island and a dining room table for the whole family. Relax with a good book or enjoy a family night with plenty of board games available. A second queen ensuite bedroom is on the other side of the house for a convenient split layout.
