Welcome to the Sunny Day home on beautiful Sanibel Island. Our home has been completely renovated with all new flooring, open kitchen, new furnishings and much more. Our vacation home away from home is two floors and offers over 2000 sq ft of space perfect for a family to relax and have plenty of room for everyone. The main level features two bedrooms (queen and two twin beds) and one bathroom along with the living/dining/kitchen. Upstairs is the spacious master bedroom suite with en-suite bathroom along with a guest bedroom with two full beds and full bathroom. With the great central Island location, you're a short walk or bike to several shops and restaurants. The beach is a short car ride or bike away as well. We'll look forward to welcoming you to our home for your next vacation. We're sure you'll fall in love with Sanibel Island just as we did. You'll love the brand new and expansive pool area with completely enclosed screened area. **Please note that the home has undergone all repairs and updates since September 2022 to be newly refreshed and ready to welcome Island Guests!**
