Welcome to our latest addition of amazing places to call home while visiting Nashville. The 'Nashville City View' is simply stunning inside and out. With an incredible rooftop terrace overlooking the Nashville Skyline, you can see where this home gets its name from!
This property is the perfect gathering place for your group and just minutes from the downtown honkey tonks and other Music City attractions.
If you like to let your hair down and play games with your friends prior to hitting the sights, then this is absolutely the place for you with our amazing converted garage that is now set up as a games room featuring a Pool Table, Ping Pong and even Air Hockey!
Despite the garage being converted to this wonderful themed area, there is still street parking outside on a first come first served basis.
At almost 2500sqft not counting the finished garage, It is an incredibly spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bath home with luxurious beds and bedding, large living room, dining and kitchen areas and no expense spared with finishes throughout.
The kitchen is simply splendid. With an open flow that looks into the living room, featuring a large eat-in island with 4 bar stools, stainless steel appliances including a 6 burner gas stove, side-by-side fridge freezer, microwave, tiled backsplash, keurig coffee station and every cooking utensil and appliance you could desire.
The living room contains spacious seating with leather couches, a designer tree trunk coffee table and a large flat screen TV for watching your favorite shows. This entertainment space then flows into a large dining area with seating for 12!
The rooftop is definitely the place to gather. With abundant seating, incredible views, rooftop games and even neighboring fellow visitors to Nashville that you may see from time to time, it truly creates an atmosphere to remember.

The master bedroom has two queen beds, a large walk-in closet, mounted flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom featuring double vanities & a large walk-in shower.
