The Space:
Welcome to the Sugar Tree Roost, a split-level Condo designed for comfort and convenience. Perfect for groups, sleeping up to 10 guests (most comfortable for 8) and offers the privacy of two separate levels, each with private entrances and wheelchair accessibility via an elevator.
This Condo also offer one onsite parking in our covered garage! Make it convenient and unload your gear in our elevator and ride your way with ease to either levels of the condo. (no stairs necessary!)
Nestled just steps away from Sugarloaf's Sports and Fitness Center, The Sugar Tree Roost provides easy access to the mountain. The Sugarloaf Heath & Fitness Center is attached to this Condo complex and has a ton to offer! Please check their website or reach out to your hosts for more information on their daily rates and schedules - this is a separate fee not included in your stay. They have a great cafe, sauna, indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, weight room and racquetball!
This Condo only has access to both the bottom level and top level apartment connected by a charming spiral staircase, blending functionality with style. Our bottom level condo includes; a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances such as, a drip coffee maker, microwave, fridge and electric stove - perfect for preparing meals after a day on the slopes.
Our living area offers a propane fireplace and dining room table that can seat 4-5 adults. We also have 2 high top chairs that are used for our kitchen counter/bar top area. Let's not forget to make use of the murphy bed that pulls down from behind the two swivel chairs in our living room for extra sleeping space.
Our upper level feels like a cozy, hotel-style retreat with your comfort in mind. This space offers two plush queen sized beds in one common space, a full sized pull out couch, tucked behind french doors, providing additional sleeping space and privacy. Our kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.
You have access to your own private bathroom, featuring a combination tub and stand-up shower.
Our private balcony is off our main living room, where you can step outside and enjoy that mountain fresh air.
Whether you're here for adventure, relaxation, or a little of both, The Sugar Tree Roost provides a seamless blend of comfort, accessibility, and prime location to make your stay unforgettable.
Guest Access:
You may use all areas of the Condo except for the locked owner's closets.
Other Things to Note:
All consumables such as paper towels, toilet paper, hand soaps, detergents, etc. are provided. The kitchen is also well stocked with basics like spices, oil, sugar, etc.
You can access the Health and Fitness center from the building with pass you can purchase yourself. This pass is not included in the price of your stay.
You also have parking garage access for one vehicle, any additional vehicles will have to park in the overflow parking on site.
Interaction with Guests:
This property is self check-in but we live nearby and are always available by text or call throughout your stay.
