All finishes throughout the home are very tastefully completed with outstanding materials with comfort and color coordination in mind. The home's exterior is completed with Hardie Board siding and Azek trim and accents for years of maintenance free living. Landscaping and private fencing add a terrific touch to the exterior appearance of the home. Other features include fantasy brown granite counter-tops, all tile showers with glass doors, 3 decks, 4 car parking, multi-zoned HVAC, Anderson windows, oak wood and tile flooring, spacious private back yard set up to provide a grilling area, and an outdoor shower.
The first floor provides contemporary amenities and offers multiple access points to the home including from the garage, rear yard, and Pacific Ave. Entering the home through the garage places guests inside a large laundry room with tile flooring. This wood grain tile flooring runs throughout the first floor of the home until reaching the home theater in the rear of the first floor. This home theater features a mounted 65” screen television perfect for late night and rainy-day movie viewing. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. A king suite, room with two sets of bunk beds and a den with full size sleeper sofa as fifth bedroom.
The second floor blows you away with a two-story living area with an outstanding ceiling design. This area contains the living room and dining room, with access to the main deck, and the kitchen. This gorgeous kitchen is a custom design and offers everything thing one needs to prepare a home cooked meal for the whole family. Just past the kitchen is the second-floor king suite. This king suite offers deck access with residential views and an attached bathroom with dual vanity sinks.
The third floor of the home is a unique escape for the younger family members needing a sanctuary of their own as there is a spacious bedroom with 2 double beds and attached full bathroom. Additional storage space can be found on this level of the home as there are three separate storage closets for anything needed out of the way.
The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided.
