It is by far one of the nicest units in all of Gulfside Place, picked to be the developer's own personal residence! Owned by the developer for more than 30 years and sold just last year, this unit is finally available for a select group of guests to enjoy!
Featuring gulf views from almost every room and tucked back far away from the pool and common amenities, guests will feel as if they are staying in a private island oasis, away from the hustle bustle of all life can throw at us. Furthermore, at more than 45 feet wide, this residence features panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico that few ever are lucky enough to enjoy. Featuring a set of four sliders that open from the living room to the 24 foot wide screened lanai, guests can enjoy indoor outdoor living at its best!
