Summary: Listed below are a few challenges we encountered. Room: Not properly cleaned. There were stains and unclean food/beverage juice on the area above the microwave. The desk was a little dirty as well. The bedding did not fit well, seemed as if it wanted to come off. Staff: The lady at the front desk was not presentable. I understand she was not feeling well but it was evident she was sleeping in the back area. Her hair was disarrayed. She could use sick days. Guest: Kids were running up and down the hall after 11:00pm. It was my worst hotel experience thus far. This was surprising for the Marriott's name. I understand you are not able to control your guest behavior; however, they should have been put out of the hotel so others could rest. When I called the front desk the lady said they are loud again! So I assume someone else reported it as well. If it's a continued behavior why not have them leave since it's disturbing others.
