Positive: Paige at the front desk was so sweet, We loved the heated pool and jacuzzi The balcony was beautiful Breakfast was delicious Our wedding ceremony turned out to be so beautiful Melissa Read saved the day by compensating us for our wedding. Very thankful for her!!!

Negative: The multi lingual front desk girl was SO disgustingly rude to all my wedding guests and family . I cant stand her. The coordinator for events did not communicate our wedding plans to staff so we ended up having our ceremony outside without my knowledge despite calling to confirm the conference room was ready and set up. We paid 600 dollars and got the wrong color tapestry and I couldn't wear my $100 wedding shoes.
