This beautiful and spacious condo is at The Grand Traverse Resort on the golf course. You get the best of everything here. Whether you are here to play golf or simply just play, this location gets you in the middle of everything. The property is 3 miles from the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival, which is open year-round. Summer has a 3-night minimum. Short stays are permitted during prime summer dates. There is a 3-night minimum for Memorial and Labor Day weekends. Will consider monthly, weekly, or short stays during any season.
Updated and roomy, this 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo will sleep up to 7 or 8 (with air mattress) with 1 King, 2 Queens, and 1 Queen air mattress. There are two full baths. The first is a tub/shower combo, and the second bath has a walk-in shower. Sheets and towels are provided. Beautiful surroundings and close to so many exciting opportunities. All the comforts of home with washer/dryer, dishwasher, and fully stocked kitchen, small but perfect for making meals. The living room has plenty of room to stretch out and features a flat-panel TV.
This is a second-level condo with 37 steps to the front door. There is a doorway to the deck from the living room and also from the master bedroom. Outdoor seating provides a gorgeous golf course and sunset views. McGee's Restaurant is a stone's throw from the condo. Don't forget to pick up some of our tasty local wines. Speaking of golf, Grand Traverse Resort offers great courses, so reserve your time at the resort. Lochenheath Golf Course is just across the road for more golf opportunities. Cable and WiFi are provided. The resort has wonderful areas to walk, shop, and simply relax.
Downtown Traverse City, where you can enjoy the many festivals that this town features, is just a quick trip away. Shopping galore and great spots to dine. Voted a favorite as a "foodie" destination--so many restaurants to choose from! Just a minute's drive to a great public beach on East Grand Traverse Bay. Elk Rapids is 10 minutes north. Sleeping Bear Dunes is approximately 60 minutes away.
Enjoy The Bear, Wolverine, and Spruce Run golf courses are right out your door. Try your luck at the Turtle Creek Casino only minutes away. 5.6 miles to the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival.
