This condo has been completely remodeled. It is located at The Pointe in Mariners Landing Golf Club & Resort. It is on the 4th floor which has easy access by elevator or stairs whichever you prefer.
Come & enjoy the comfortable luxuries of this (1) bedroom, (1) bath condo located waterfront at Smith Mountain Lake, VA. Get outdoors & enjoy some of the most beautiful waterfront & mountain views. This condo features a plush queen size bed, night stands, flat screen TV, closet and full size bath. Bed linens & pillows are included as well as towels & toiletries in the bathroom. The kitchenette is furnished with appliances to include refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes & utensils.
The amenities at Mariners Landing Golf Club & Resort are spectacular to say the least. Starting inside the condo, you have cable TV, wireless internet & 50" flat screen TV. Then you can choose to venture out of the condo and you have lots of options to choose from to include outdoor pools & Jacuzzi, indoor pool & Jacuzzi, fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, volleyball court, beach area, walking/biking/exercise trails, golfing with driving range & putting green, playground area & game room.
There are also some amazing food options throughout the resort to include The Landing Restaurant is located at the Pointe & offers indoor/outdoor seating as well as fine dining while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake & mountains, Bruno's Clubhouse Bistro is located at the golf course clubhouse & features a more casual dining experience as well as a full bar, Bottles & Bites is located at The Centre & is a great place to enjoy a drink & a snack while listening to live music on the weekends as well as other events throughout the week, then you have The Sweet Retreat which is also located at The Centre & has lots of great food & snack options to include burgers, nachos, tenders as well as ice cream/milkshakes. There is also The Marketplace which features all kinds of food/drink options, gifts & necessities as well as a Starbucks.
