Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly. Debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Pool equipment does not run 24 hours, and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. The spa is integrated with the pool and its body of water and requires the pool heater to be on in order to warm up. The spa has to be turned on manually and will run in increments.
