STEPS: This home is two stories, stairs are required for all areas of the home. The main level of the home with living room, dining, kitchen, and primary bedroom is 1/2 flight of steps from the garage/parking. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 are down a full flight of stairs.
PETS: While the home is pet-friendly in the upstairs living area, the downstairs carpeted section will remain closed off to pets, pet gate provided. The enclosed outdoor spaces on the property are both decks. Guests may need to walk dogs to relieve them, please pick up after pets. All pets must be leashed within the community. Max 2 dogs, 50lb limit. Sorry, no cats.
