A ground-level cottage on a quiet dead-end street in Holmes Beach — no stairs, no traffic noise, and a short walk to the beach. The Florida room is the remote work setup: bright, calm, and positioned to catch the morning light before the day's work begins. Fast WiFi throughout the cottage keeps the connection reliable for video calls and uploads.
Two bedrooms sleeps six. The primary bedroom has a queen bed. The guest room has a queen/twin bunk bed combo — an unusual configuration that works for a parent and child or two guests who want their own sleeping level. A twin rollaway is also available. One full bathroom with shower.
The cottage has been entirely refurnished — new sofa, new beds, new linens, everything down to the coffee mugs. The kitchen is fully stocked for a month of meals at home.
