Step into our fully renovated 3 level home in the quiet and safe Lindenwood Park neighborhood. This house was designed specially to host rental guests and provide a comfortable experience. New LVP flooring throughout and tons of natural light make the space calm and clean.
Open our keyless entry door into the foyer which leads you into a spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating and large TV. The main floor also offers a well stocked kitchen, including coffee and coffee filters, salt and pepper, and olive oil, and two barstools for additional seating. The large dining table has 4 chairs and a bench making it perfect for working from home, having a meal, or game night. Several games are stored in the TV cabinet. Finally, the main floor half bathroom also allows for guests to access laundry during their stay.
Sip coffee on our covered back porch. Step down into our fully fenced backyard with plenty of grass for pets as well as outdoor seating and dining with string lights overhead.
