This fabulous and value-for-money home has an ideal location within the resort, just a 2 minute walk to the Solana resort clubhouse (even less of a drive!) and a short drive to access the best theme parks in the World - you'll be glad that you booked this terrific place for your family's next vacation to Orlando.
The clubhouse has a large community pool, hot tubs, volleyball courts, a games room, sundry shop and fitness center, a putting green, cabanas and so much more! With 4 bedrooms with ensuites, a spacious interior with 2 sitting areas, formal dining area, kitchen nook, a fantastic games room, pool and spa and a huge pool deck area with integral lanai and internet access what more could you need?
Walt Disney World is less than 15 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.
Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool and spa. These can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $30 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours prior to arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool and spa heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.
Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home.
Please also note that there are parking restrictions on this community. The driveway for this home accommodates 2 cars comfortably, there is a limit to 4 cars per household. If you have more than four cars, they must be parked outside the gated community. No unregistered, inoperable, commercial, bus, trailer, RV or boat is allowed. No parking on any grass, sidewalk or curbing. Parking pass must be visible at all times.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.
