A Cozy, Comfortable, Calming and Cute place for families and friends. The second floor condo is situated very close to Disney .. just 10mins, Seaworld and Universal Studios. The beautiful Clearwater beach is just 55mins away. Restaurants, Shopping and Entertainment just right next door. Yet, a little secluded and quiet. Go out and have fun ... or just put your leg up on the couch and relax. Dip into the community pool or get your legs working in the gym or tennis court. Ideal and affordable. The condo is on the second floor.(sorry no elevator ) . There are 2 spacious bedrooms with a Queen bed in each room. Master bedroom is equipped with laptop table for a work-friendly environment. There is TV in both rooms that is connected to the internet for your entertainment. Kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials for daily cooking, you just need the ingredients. The house also has a washer and dryer in the unit for your laundry needs.
The community has a swimming pool, an outdoor picnic area with grill and a tennis court.
Unit amenities include; towels, linen, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, electric toaster, central air/heat, dishes, cookware and utensils.
