During the cooler months (Nov-April) there is a $50 per stay charge for pool heating, this is to offset the cost to run the heater. this applies to stays of 4 days or 30 days. Pool is set to run on a schedule, Pool heats from 9-6pm, please keep in mind that during the winter (Nov-April) the temps can range from 80-85 depending on outside temps and be over 90 in the summer
★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them. Any unauthorized Pets found during stay will result in cancellation of stay and no refund. If signs of a pet are found after stay a $250.00 fee will be charged
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning fee of $250.00
