Perfect for family gatherings. Cook's kitchen with all the necessities you need to make family meals. 3 updated bedrooms with smart TV's. New updated bathrooms. Quiet family neighborhood. Lots of child friendly amenities: toys, books, dishes and swing set.
The House
You enter the cozy living room that houses books, games and toys for the youngsters. If you have to work there is a large desk to work on. Through the living room is the eat in kitchen. The table can seat 6 comfortably and we also have an extra chair for company. The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook. There is a keurig coffee maker but we also have a french press. All through the house you will notice usb ports.
Master bedroom with en suite has a king bed. The lights have usb ports for charging phones and tablets, Huge walk in closet and dressers. Large flat screen smart TV. Master bath has a large walk in shower, warming towel bar and bluetooth speaker fan.
2nd and 3rd bedroom share a large bathroom with a soaking tub and large walk in shower.. It also has a bluetooth speaker fan.
2nd bedroom has a queen sleep number bed. Lamps with usb ports. Flat screen TV.
3rd bedroom has a daybed that can be made into 2 twins or a king bed. Flat screen TV.
Extra half bath.
Large seasonal pool in the back with plenty of spaces to enjoy the desert. The pool is not heated.
Large outdoor kitchen with custom grill, sink and fridge. Sit around the island and entertain the cook. Large patio table in the back is great for games. 2 fire pit areas.
From any of the patios you get the best place to view the mountains.
The house comes equipped with games, DVD's, high speed Wifi.
