Because of the coronavirus we have implemented Covid-19 Risk Mitigation Cleaning procedures. In addition to gloves and professional disinfectants our cleaning company is now required to wear masks. All of our linens are professionally cleaned as they always have been. Unfortunately we have to raise our cleaning fee to cover extra costs, but our guests health is priority.

It’s a spacious end unit townhouse with a large corner lot, double driveway and one car garage.
Our townhouse is professionally cleaned and linens laundered between all our guests. For added safety each guest is given a unique code.
As a retired CW4 I understand the importance of family and am dedicated in making your stay wonderful.
We offer advice on graduation/promotion ceremonies and anything else you need.
There is keyless easy access for check in and check out.
We have 2 Bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, 1,600 sq ft townhome, plenty of space for families and friends!
Centrally located within 15 min driving distance from Fort Rucker, Historic Downtown, Restaurants and Shopping!
Easy access from 167 north and 84.
Fast WiFi to make things easier and plenty of charging stations.
The Master Bedroom has a Queen bed and a Day Bed with Trundle (2 Twins), a 4 panel room divider, full length mirror, Room darkening curtains, Smart TV ( so you can us your Netflix and Hulu accounts) cable, bluetooth speaker, alarm clock and Desk. Large Walk in Closet with hangers and Full Bathroom with Jetted oversized Bath and Double Vanity.
The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen Bed , Smart TV ( so you can use your Netflix and Hulu accounts) and a Desk, Bluetooth speaker, full length mirror, Room darkening curtains, alarm clock and large walk in closet with hangers and Full Bathroom.
All mattresses and Pillows have protective covers.
We just had a new HVAC unit installed with a Reme•Halo Air Purification System which eliminates sick building syndrome, neutralizes odors, particulate and pollutants.
We do have stairs and will leave Baby Gates for kids and Pets for you to use at your discretion. Be aware the landings have a triangle landing when going up and down.
I am a bit of a clean freak so we have it professionally cleaned and towels and bed linen laundered.
Downstairs we have a very Large open space with Living area with a Large Smart TV, Breakfast table for 4, Kitchen Counter with 3 Chairs, Dishwasher and Microwave, fully functioning Kitchen with everything for baking or cooking on the stove top and lots of extras!
Laundry room with, full size Washer and Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board, stocked Coffee Bar and a 1/2 bath.
Digital Keyless entries on the front door and from the insulated 1 car garage into the townhouse. Both with your unique code we assign you for convenience and safety assurance.
We have a covered porch downstairs with 6 seated outdoor table and chairs set with cushions.
We love Dogs and don’t mind them as long as they don’t chew anything or dirty the carpeting upstairs and are well house trained. We provide a large wipe-able bed/cot for dogs with a blanket, located in the master bedroom closet. We also wash it in between our guests.
We hope your neighbors are cleaning up after their dogs, as we ask you to please clean up after yours. We leave doggie doo doo bags for our guests.
There is no fence, so local laws and HOA require your dog(s) to be on leashes.
There are great places to Shop, Eat and have fun within 15 miles of the Townhouse that we will give you information on.
