This property is very spacious and bright with natural light. Located in Pacific Beach, this 1 bedroom, 1 bath guest house comes with its own entranceand parking space (for 1 vehicle).
This open layout is complete with a full-size kitchen, fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal. Enjoy lunch at the dining table with seating for 4 people (3 adults max) or relax on the leather couch that also opens up to be a queen size bed. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and the bathroom has a large walk-in shower. There are ceiling fans in both rooms and with all the windows open you can really enjoy the summer breeze on those warm summer nights.This house does have an a/c unit in the main living space (living room/kitchen). There is no a/c in the bedroom.
This property is located in a very family friendly, QUIET neighborhood, close to the 5 freeway and just a few blocks from the action of the Pacific Beach nightlife. You are close to Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Mission Bay and of course the beach!
