The Space:
This property was fully remodeled & designed to be similar to what you would expect at a five star hotel. Each room has dedicated USB chargers on the nightstands, white noise systems in each room along with black out shades in every bedroom.
The property is stocked with floats, boardgames, cornhole set, along with stainless steel appliances.
The heated pool & spa includes a large top step with pool loungers, two daybeds, two sun loungers along with a couch and end tables & outdoor TV & fridge. A large outdoor grill is conveniently located next to the pool.
Complimentary water bottles & coffee is provided.
Guest Access:
All areas of the house & back yard are available to guests. There is one locked closet in the living room that is used for owner/cleaner storage.

Great central Scottsdale location. Less than 5 minutes to high end shopping at the Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter, 5 minutes away from the Waste Management/Phoenix Open. Approximately 20 minutes to the nightlife in Old Town Scottsdale

Other Things to Note:
Pool & Spa are heated at no additional charge and guests have full control over the heating. Pool can heat up to 88 degrees and the spa up to 104, weather permitting. There is no charge for the electric heater, but since it's heat pump based it can only heat the pool to about 20 degrees warmer than the average outside air temperature so we cannot guarantee the pool temperature in cold months or when the outside temperature is dropping below 55 degrees at night. (Generally Mid October-Mid March). We do have an option to use a propane gas heater for the pool to supplement the electric heater which can heat the pool up to the mid 80's. The cost for this is $150/day due to the high cost of the propane. The propane heat is generally needed from November through March to make the pool swimmable.
A ring doorbell and exterior cameras that monitor the front door, driveway, and side access gate areas are installed to monitor for occupancy and for emergency situations.
This property includes an outside noise aware system to monitor decibel levels of sound produced in the backyard at the residence to ensure noise limits are respected (No actual sounds or conversations are monitored, it simply records noise decibel levels & alerts management if decibel levels are too high)
There are no parties or events/get togethers, etc. allowed at this location. We define a party/event as any occupancy over 8 at the residence. Outside quiet hours are from 9PM-8AM. All outdoor music must be at a reasonable level during the day and turned off by 9PM. Guests are welcome to use the backyard/Pool 24/7, but please be respectful of the neighbors of any noise generated outside the residence, especially after 9PM.
No glitter, confetti, or balloons that contain confetti inside or outside the residence. Any outside vendors must be approved in writing by host to ensure compliance with city laws. We allow decorating services, mobile massage, IV therapy, yoga, hair/makeup artists. We do not allow DJ's, bounce houses, food trucks, or any vendors that produce unreasonable noise outside. Professional chefs/catering is allowed as long as excessive outside noise is not generated, but vendors must haul off all grease & trash. Hibachi chefs are not allowed due to the excessive outside noise they produce.
Once booking is requested and confirmed, a required e-sign document will be sent to you with additional terms/conditions along with the pool waiver for use of the pool. Booking is not finalized until we receive this e-signed document back. ID Verification/Guest Verification check may be required depending on platform used to book.
The AC cannot be set to cool lower than 69 degrees.
Landscaping & Pool Cleaners are normally scheduled to come once each week to maintain the yard & pool.
