As you arrive at this peaceful property, you'll immediately be captivated by the home's amazing location, which is set along the tranquil riverbank and private dock. The finger of the river leads out to the Peace River and Charlotte Harbor. Which you can go explore with the provided kayaks!
Through the front door, you'll be greeted by the huge dining room table that seats 6 people. To your right, you have the new kitchen equipped with all the appliances and utensils you would need, including children's cups, forks, spoons and plates.
As you go through the kitchen, you enter the spacious living room that has a huge couch with recliners on each end, smart tv, and board games.
Connected to the living room, you have two bedrooms. To the right is a "full" bed, dresser, and closet. On the other side is the master room that has a queen bed, dresser, and full ensuite bathroom with the stand-up shower and also the washer and dryer. In the master, you also have a desk that can be used to do work on the go, if needed. The Master bedroom has double doors that lead out to the back pool area so you can easily enter and exit the home as desired while spending the day by the pool.
On the opposite side of the house you have the third room that is equipped with another queen size bed, dresser, and closet, and right next to it, is the full bathroom stocked with fresh towels to use.
Towards the back of the house is the storage room that has all the chairs, games, fishing poles, and pool equipment that you're welcome to use during your stay! This area also leads out to the pool area.
The backyard has an in-ground pool and ample seating that allows you to relax and enjoy the Florida weather and if you want shade, we have the retractable umbrella that opens up and pivots as desired.
The kayak shed area has an air conditioner that can be turned on & off as wanted; it has most life jackets & a few beach chairs along with 1 fishing kayak & 2 regular kayaks. These can be launched right from the backyard that leads to the peace river!
