This 1st floor condo is designed for maximum Florida beauty without the extra cost of a beachfront unit. The end unit has a large screened in lanai right off of the living room and a small balcony attached to the bedroom. The gulf beach is a 2 minute walk from the condo, and the condo has a large heated pool for your enjoyment. Tenants also have access to bayside docks, one boat slip can be reserved for each rental.
The unit has a cozy and comfortable living room with a sofa and 2 arm chairs. Guests can relax inside or outside on the lounge chairs. The unit is equipped with wireless internet and cable television.
The condo has 1 spacious bedroom with a king size bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa to allow for up to 4 guests.
